Please choose your products carefully and confirm that your order is correct.
We sincerely hope you love your BarnDoll® product!
Each and every BarnDoll® item is individually handmade in our studio. We do not mass produce or contract out our work. (With the exception, of course, of our branded apparel and a few miscellaneous accessories, such as polo wraps, etc…)
BarnDoll® strives to make each piece worthy of our loyal customers, and nothing is offered for sale, without first being inspected per our quality control standards.
IF you feel that your product(s) is defective due to manufacturer error, we would be happy to speak to you further about the situation.
Please note that BarnDoll® must be made aware of ANY issues no later than 7 days after receipt of goods.
For a return/exchange to be valid:
ALL items must be UNUSED, UNWORN and CLEAN with ALL original tags still attached.
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, used or otherwise defective for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
